An order confirmation will be sent with tracking information after your order has been placed. This can take up to 2 Business Days to receive.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Contact hello@taikaneverything.com to set up a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store. After receiving your request, Taikan will issue an RMA# for your return. This RMA# must be included when sending your product back in order for Taikan to accept the return.

Taikan product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the original purchase (excluding original shipping costs). All product must be returned unused, and must include the original tags.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Taikan recommends securing a tracking number for any returns as Taikan is not liable for any returns packages that are lost in transit.

After receiving your returned merchandise, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be issued. This process can take 10 – 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the payment type that was used to make the original purchase. We are not able to refund on a different card that was originally used for the purchase.

WARRANTY:

Taikan offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer defects in materials. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to a Taikan product. Taikan also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colours and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.

If you have ordered from www.taikaneverything.com and the product is defective, please contact hello@taikaneverything.com in order to request an RMA#. Taikan will undergo the necessary steps in order to determine if the the item is defective.

Please include in your request:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Photos that clearly depict the issue

If you have purchased your product from a retailer and the item arrives or becomes defective, please contact the store first. If they are unable to help you, please e-mail us at hello@taikaneverything.com. Please include in your request:

  • Name and location of the authorized retailer where you purchased your Taikan Product. Please include the reason your return wasn’t accepted by the retailer.
  • Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Photos that clearly depict the issue
  • Your shipping address

*Refund option only available up to 90 days after purchase from Taikan Everything online store. After 90 days store credit will be issued.
